Born in 1988, GermanyDargelos Kersten works with the conditions and experiential forms of exhibition, the architecture of the given space, its defaults, possibilities and boundaries. The exhibition contains: a museum bench (in the lobby); a book of photographs of various materials from the artists's studio (in the lobby); a functional list of the materials documented in the book; a group of drawings in hanging files, with variations and permutations of four intersecting cubes (in the office); a wall-filling installation of dark, glossy planes of bitumen, separated by narrow wooden bezels (room 1); a resized >room within a room< with a bright, matte and translucent wall segmented by narrow bezels (room 3); an empty, unlit room (room 2), connecting the other two.
